What you'll do

Are you a People and Culture student looking for a role where you get genuine hands-on experience — from day-to-day people administration all the way to strategic People and Culture initiatives? KeyShot is a global software company behind the world's leading 3D rendering platform, used by designers, engineers, and creative professionals worldwide. We are scaling fast — and we are building out our People and Culture function to match. We are now looking for a curious and driven student to join our People and Culture team. A Unique Role — People and Culture at Every Level In your day-to-day, you will work closely with our People and Culture team, giving you a rare window into people-related work across all levels of a global business. One day you may be supporting onboarding of a new hire; the next, you are helping shape how we build culture and engagement across offices and time zones. This is not a typical student job — it is a genuine opportunity to understand how People and Culture works from the inside in a fast-growing international SaaS company. Your Responsibilities The role is intentionally broad. You will work across recruitment, onboarding, people administration, and culture — with a direct reference to our Head of People and Culture. People Administration

  • Maintaining employee data and People and Culture systems
  • Supporting personnel administration, including contracts and documentation
  • Assisting with reporting and ad hoc administrative tasks

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Supporting job postings, application screening, and interview coordination
  • Onboarding new employees, including international colleagues
  • Ensuring a smooth and structured start for new hires

Culture & People and Culture Initiatives

  • Active role in initiatives around wellbeing, engagement, and retention
  • Supporting the development of People and Culture policies and processes
  • Coordinating internal events and activities across offices
  • Contributing to internal knowledge sharing on best practices

Who You Are We are not looking for the finished People and Culture professional — we are looking for the right curiosity and a genuine desire to learn. Beyond that, we expect you to:

  • Be enrolled in a bachelor's or master's programme in HR, psychology, business administration, or similar
  • Work in a structured and detail-oriented way
  • Be curious, proactive, and self-driven
  • Communicate well in both Danish and English
  • Have a genuine interest in People and Culture within an international/tech context

What We Offer

  • A varied role with real responsibility — not just coffee and admin
  • A unique opportunity to be part of People and Culture at every level — from day-to-day administration to strategic initiatives
  • Day-to-day collaboration with and mentorship from our Head of People and Culture
  • Insight into the full People and Culture function of a fast-growing global SaaS company
  • Potential for a full-time role after graduation
  • An international and informal work environment with engaged colleagues

Practical Information

  • Hours: 10–15 hours per week, flexible around your study schedule
  • Location: Aarhus, Copenhagen, or Odense
  • Start: As soon as possible / by agreement
  • Reports to: Head of People and Culture
