Then, this is the ideal opportunity for you! Student Assistant – P&O Legal We are looking for a motivated Student Assistant to join our P&O Legal team and support both COWI and Arkitema with their labour relations and employment-related matters. You will become part of a diverse team of five legal professionals, two People Operations Specialists, and the Head of P&O Legal, based at our COWI office in Lyngby. Together, we support both an innovative architectural firm and an international engineering consultancy operating across multiple countries, allowing you to gain insight into a broad range of employment and labour-related topics in an international environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting tasks related to labour relations.
  • Assisting with contractual matters, including employment contracts and addendums
  • Maintaining and administering employee files and benefits
  • Responding to employee inquiries and providing support on P&O-related matters

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, or Organisation and Management
  • Detail-oriented with a clear and reasoned viewpoint
  • Motivated and diligent in completing tasks with organized planning
  • Available to work two days per week
  • Proficient in Danish, both verbal and written.
