You will become part of a collaborative team consisting of Project Managers, an S/4HANA Solution Lead, and an Integration Specialist. Together, we solve complex challenges, deliver customer-centric solutions, and explore new ways of working. As our Student Assistant, you will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects while developing valuable skills within digital transformation, data analytics, and business processes. The Role & Your Impact This is a broad student position that combines project support, communication, data analytics, and process improvement. You will work closely with colleagues across business and IT, helping us improve how we deliver integration solutions and enable efficient ways of working. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Project Managers and Leads with project documentation, workshop preparation, requirements gathering, decision material, and stakeholder communication.
• Maintaining and improving team intranet pages to ensure information is structured, accessible, and up to date.
• Collecting and analysing business data and KPIs to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.
• Supporting initiatives related to AI, automation, and process optimization.

Helping translate business needs into clear processes, requirements, and technical specifications. - What You’ll Need to Be Successful We imagine that you are currently studying a relevant technical degree and have at least one year remaining of your studies. To succeed in this role, you should have a basic understanding of IT systems, integrations, APIs, and data flows. You are comfortable working in a project environment and collaborating with stakeholders across both business and IT. Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential. Most importantly, you are eager to learn, take initiative, and enjoy turning complex topics into practical solutions. Additional Skills & Interests We Value We do not expect you to know everything from day one. However, it is an advantage if you already have an interest in AI technologies and understand concepts such as prompt engineering, data quality, performance measurement, or model optimization. We also value candidates who are curious about automation, digitalization, and finding smarter ways to work. Experience with analytics tools, process mapping, or user-focused solution design is a plus but not a requirement. Ways of Working / Working Conditions The position follows a hybrid working model, with your primary workplace located at our headquarters in Lyngby. The role is primarily office-based and does not involve significant physical demands.
