Student Assistant - HR Mediq Denmark

We are looking for a Student Assistant to join our HR team at Mediq Denmark! Are you studying HR, psychology, communication or a related field and looking for a student job where you can gain practical experience and become part of the everyday life of an HR department? We are looking for a Student Assistant for approximately 15 hours per week to join our HR team in Frederiksberg, situated right next to Flintholm Station/Metro. You Will Support Us With a Mix Of HR Administration, Employee-related Activities And Coordination. Your Tasks Will Vary Throughout The Year And Could Include

• Supporting recruitment interviews.
• Helping with onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Maintaining HR data, documents and employee information.
• Supporting HR reporting and preparing presentations and communication.
• Supporting employee surveys and other HR activities.
• Coordinating social and employee events such as DHL Relay, Vitality Week, Christmas gifts, Christmas party, Town Halls and our summer party.
• Helping with practical planning and communication around activities for our employees.
• Supporting the HR team with day-to-day administrative and ad hoc tasks.

Who are you?

• We imagine that you are studying HR, business, psychology, communication or another relevant field.
• You are structured, reliable and proactive, and you enjoy making things happen and following tasks through to completion.
• You are comfortable working with both administrative tasks and people, and you don't mind that one day may involve working with HR data and documents, while the next is about coordinating an employee event or helping a new colleague get off to a good start.
• You communicate confidently in Danish and English and are comfortable using Microsoft Office, Ai/Microsoft CoPilot.

You will become part of a small HR team with a varied working day and have the opportunity to gradually take responsibility for your own tasks and activities. The position is 15–20 hours per week, and we offer flexibility around your studies and exam periods.
