What you'll do

Are you interested in leadership and inclusion? Do you like sharing your passion with others? And are you the type to share a recommendation to almost anybody when you’ve had a good experience? Then you have the opportunity to be part of FLA as an Ambassador and join our mission to increase diversity in leadership. We are looking to expand our reach to DMJX, so we need an outgoing and proactive associate to drive our promotions on site. The Role As a Student Ambassador, you will serve as the primary lead for activity planning for DMJX while proactively identifying new opportunities to promote FLA within the academic environment. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Ambassador team to plan and execute events, enhance promotional processes, and coordinate with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment across all FLA teams. This position is hands-on and provides the opportunity to develop and apply skills in public communication, stakeholder management, project- and eventplanning. The time commitment for this role is approximately 5 hours per week, depending on ongoing projects. The workload may vary during periods of major initiatives or decision-making. Key Responsibilities

  • Leading on-campus promotion of the Students’ Academy, Info Night and other FLA activities by organizing coffee handouts and related visibility activities.
  • Managing logistics for FLA promotional activities, including collecting, transporting, and setting up branded materials (e.g., roll-ups, coffee cups, merchandise).
  • Representing FLA’s mission and values by actively participating in activities or events that strengthen community, leadership, and visibility on campus.
  • Supporting cross-team initiatives within FLA, including Events, FLA Runs, Body & Mind activities, and other projects.
  • Possibility to join FLA events, workshops, and academy sessions.

Who are you? You are organized, love making connections, and building networks. You know the ins and outs of what’s happening at your university, how to reach your fellow students and how to identify the right promotional platforms for FLA. You will be able to work closely with the other teams in FLA, including Student Operations. How To Apply To apply for the position, please send a brief cover letter (max. 0,5 page) and CV in English to aarhus-careers@fla-leadership.com. We review applications on an ongoing basis.
