Strategy Manager

Here is what the role entails As our Strategy Manager, you will lead key strategic projects across Kamstrup, supported by a project team. You will own the projects end-to-end, from scoping and planning through analysis and recommendations to engaging the stakeholders who will implement them. More specifically, you will be:

• Acting as project manager on selected strategic projects within or across business units, including scoping, planning, and day-to-day management of the project team
• Owning project deliverables, from analysis and problem-solving to communication of recommendations
• Facilitating workshops and strategic discussions with senior management and relevant subject matter experts
• Acting as a sparring partner and challenger to the business, ensuring that decisions rest on validated insights
• Contributing to the development of our internal ‘consultancy toolbox’, strategy frameworks and ways of working

Less about us, more about you We are looking for a Strategy Manager who has a structured and hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving. You are proactive, and able to navigate complex challenges by turning data and insights into clear recommendations and tangible business outcomes. In order to succeed, we imagine that you:

• Hold a relevant master's degree in e.g. business administration, economics, finance, or engineering with strong academic results
• Bring 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, or in a comparable role within an internal Strategy function including 1-2 years of experience leading strategic projects or workstreams with responsibility for team members and deliverables
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excel in communication and interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage and challenge senior stakeholders
• Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools
