Strategic Commercial Product Manager Location: If based in Sweden - On Site Nordics - Remote I am currently supporting a confidential search for a global specialty ingredients manufacturer, operating within the personal care ingredients sector. The role will focus on:
- Product and portfolio development
- Market and customer insight
- New business opportunities
- Innovation and commercialisation
- Cross-functional stakeholder management
Requirements:
- 5–10 years’ international B2B experience in personal care ingredients
- Background in personal care ingredients, specialty chemicals or a related industry
- Experience in product management, innovation, formulation or commercialisation
- Strong commercial and project management skills
- Scientific or technical degree preferred
- Candidates must be based in Europe
