Store Manager

Role Description The Store Manager role at Maanesten AS is a full-time, on-site position located in Herning Municipality. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory control, and adherence to company standards. This role involves leading and coaching the store team, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring a welcoming and engaging customer experience. The Store Manager will handle scheduling, basic administrative tasks, and coordination with regional management, as well as implementing retail loss prevention measures and maintaining a safe, orderly work environment. The position requires hands-on presence on the sales floor, supporting team members, resolving escalated customer issues, and driving continuous improvement in store performance. Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a strong focus on delivering a positive in-store experience.
• Effective Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication with customers, team members, and management.
• Experience in Store Management, including team leadership, scheduling, and day-to-day retail operations.
• Understanding of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring procedures, minimizing shrink, and promoting compliance with company policies.
• Previous experience in retail or fashion/jewelry environments is highly beneficial.
• Ability to motivate and develop a diverse team, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working with point-of-sale systems, basic reporting, and inventory management tools.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by store operations.
