Type of employment: Contract Start Date: ideally beginning of November 2026 End Date: estimated end of January 2027, with possibility to be extended Number of positions: 1 Work location: Stockholm, Sweden Ways of working: hybrid (TBD if there is flexibility regarding the on-site time required, and how much work might be done remotely) Workload Allocation: 100% Language: English fluent communication (verbal and written) Role Overview We are currently looking for an experienced Consultant specialising in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (B2Bi) and Sterling File Gateway (SFG) to support enterprise-scale B2B integration and managed file transfer initiatives. You will play a key role in the design, implementation, administration and optimisation of secure file transfer and EDI solutions, enabling business-critical data exchange between customers, suppliers, partners and internal systems. Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (B2Bi) environments.
• Implement and support IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG) solutions.
• Develop and maintain business processes, workflows and integration components.
• Configure trading partner relationships and onboarding activities.
• Implement and support secure file transfer protocols including: SFTP, FTPS, AS2, HTTP/S, etc.
• Configure and manage certificates, encryption and security controls.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and provide advanced technical support.
• Perform platform upgrades, patching and system optimisation.
• Monitor file transfer activity and integration performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, integration teams, infrastructure teams and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, audit and compliance requirements.
• Produce technical documentation and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven hands-on experience with: IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (B2Bi) and IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG)
• Experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions.
• Knowledge of EDI standards such as: EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML
• Experience configuring trading partners and communication protocols.
• Strong understanding of secure file transfer architectures.
• Knowledge of encryption, digital certificates, PGP and security best practices.
• Experience working within large enterprise integration environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
