We are currently looking for 3 experienced Steel Structure and Prefabricated Elements Installers to join upcoming projects in Norway.

If you have experience with installation of prefabricated elements and steel structures, hold the required certificates and are ready for a new challenge — we would like to hear from you!

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will include:

  • installation and assembly of prefabricated elements

  • installation of steel structures

  • performing assembly work according to technical documentation

  • working in accordance with HSE and safety requirements

  • cooperating with the team to ensure efficient project delivery

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with:

  • experience in installation of prefabricated elements and steel structures

  • a valid Lift certificate

  • valid Anhuker / Slinging and Rigging certification

  • a valid welding certificate

  • additional certificates and qualifications are highly appreciated

  • a Fagbrev is an advantage but not mandatory

  • availability to start in mid-September

English language skills are highly preferred. Ideally, all team members should be able to communicate in English; however, the minimum requirement is that at least one person in the team speaks English.

What do we offer?

  • Attractive salary, depending on experience and qualifications

  • BAS / Foreman positions may offer up to NOK 340 gross per hour

  • Daily allowance of NOK 650 per working day, except for projects where meals are provided

  • Working schedule normally Monday–Thursday, 07:00–19:00

  • Fridays are generally free, although working Fridays may occur depending on the project

  • Opportunity to work on interesting projects in Norway

  • Support and follow-up from your Adecco consultant throughout the assignment

Start: Mid-September

About you

We are looking for experienced and independent workers who are comfortable working on demanding assembly projects. Accuracy, responsibility, safety awareness and the ability to work well as part of a team are important for this position.
