What you'll do
Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Staffbase Architect to design, implement, and govern enterprise employee experience solutions using the Staffbase platform. The role involves delivering employee intranets, mobile apps, and communication solutions, ensuring seamless integrations, security, scalability, and an enhanced digital employee experience. Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Staffbase architecture for employee communication and digital workplace solutions.
- Lead Staffbase implementation, configuration, rollout, migration, and optimization.
- Define information architecture, content structures, navigation, branding, and governance standards.
- Design integrations with Microsoft Entra ID, AWS, SailPoint, ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors, CMS platforms, and REST APIs.
- Implement authentication and SSO using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct architecture reviews, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Prepare architecture documents, HLD/LLD, integration designs, security frameworks, and operational runbooks.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on Staffbase experience in implementation and administration.
- 8+ years of enterprise application architecture experience.
- Experience implementing enterprise intranet and employee communication platforms.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, and integration frameworks.
- Experience with Azure/AWS, identity and access management, SSO, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Experience integrating HR, collaboration, identity, and content management systems.
- Knowledge of digital workplace architecture, information architecture, and Agile delivery.
- Strong technical leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Staffbase certifications and experience with multilingual, multi-region implementations.
