About the role As our Staff Engineer - Enterprise Integration & APIs, you'll drive technical direction across SAP integration and API strategy while working with multiple product teams. You'll act as a bridge between Principal Engineers, Lead Engineers, and product teams, translating technical strategy in both directions and connecting strategy with execution. As the first Staff Engineer in the Digital Platforms subdomain, you'll play a key role in shaping how the role works alongside engineering leaders and helping define ways of working across teams. Life on the team You'll join the Digital Platforms subdomain, where we solve common problems once and build platforms around how digital technology engineers work so teams can move faster with less friction. We work closely together through agile team practices and regular leadership syncs. Our hybrid rhythm helps us stay connected while giving people flexibility in how they work and collaborate. The role is based on our Billund Campus office offering an exciting, inspiring, and flexible work environment. What success looks like Success means creating and communicating clearly defined and governed technical guidance across SAP integration and API management. Guidance should be aligned with our strategies for Data, Enterprise Data Model, and AI / Agentic. Over the next 12 to 18 months, you'll help navigate the impact of ERP transformation to S/4HANA while shaping the future integration landscape. You'll work closely with Principal Engineers, Lead Engineers, Product Teams, Product Managers, and Engineering Directors to translate technical direction and principals into clear guidance, coordinated roadmaps and aligned deliveries.
