We are currently seeking two experienced SPS LEADS to strengthen our clients subsea project organization and support the delivery of technically challenging and strategically important offshore developments. Application deadline: October 8th Key Responsibilities As an SPS Lead, you will play a key role throughout project maturation and execution phases. Typical responsibilities include: - Lead and contribute to concept development and project execution within the subsea discipline - Define project scope and ensure alignment with applicable technical requirements and standards - Prepare technical documentation for studies, project sanction decisions, and tender processes - Participate in tendering activities, technical bid evaluations, and contractor selection - Follow up contractors and suppliers during project execution - Provide technical support and guidance across project interfaces - Participate in occasional offshore commissioning and operational campaigns when required Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within: - Subsea Production Systems (SPS) - Subsea tie-back projects - Offshore oil & gas development projects Skills & Competencies - Strong technical understanding of subsea systems and project execution - Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams - Ability to manage interfaces between contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders - Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Valid offshore certificate for NCS Language Requirements - Fluent written and spoken English - Norwegian language skills are considered an advantage Work Location. The position is primarily onshore and can be based in: - Stavanger - Bergen - Fornebu Sporadic offshore travel may be required. This is an opportunity to contribute to some of the most significant subsea developments on the Norwegian Continental Shelf while working within a highly competent technical environment. You will be involved from concept selection through execution, gaining broad exposure across subsea technologies, project development, contractor management, and offshore operations.
