About The Role As Spare Parts Specialist, you will manage end-to-end parts operations across the dealer and service network, ensuring efficient order-to-invoice flows, accurate parts identification, and strong collaboration with logistics and planning teams. Your work will directly support service levels and customer satisfaction in Denmark. Key Objectives & Responsibilities

• Own order-to-invoice operations for the parts network.
• Support dealers in placing, managing, and tracking parts orders.
• Manage and coordinate order-related claims.
• Support the network in identifying correct parts, accessories, and products.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Care and other internal departments to maximize satisfaction.
• Coordinate with parts, logistics, and planning teams in Europe and China.
• Support management with analysis and reporting.
• Contribute to ad-hoc operational activities as needed.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

• Strong automotive parts business background (parts, accessories, related products).
• Bachelor’s degree in technical/engineering/management or similar.
• 5+ years in a similar role within automotive importer or OEM.
• Strong organizational skills; culturally aware; proactive problem solver.
• Fluent Danish and English.
• High attention to detail; strong time management and accuracy.
• Valid driving license.
