Sourcing Project Manager, Pipeline

As our new Sourcing Project Manager, Pipeline , based in Nordborg, Denmark , you'll play a key role in that journey. Working across sourcing, engineering, operations, and finance, you'll identify and drive cost optimization initiatives that improve product competitiveness and create lasting value for our customers. You'll help advance our design-to-cost approach and deliver sustainable cost improvements across a global product portfolio. This is an opportunity to influence strategic decisions, collaborate with stakeholders across a global matrix organization, and turn ideas into measurable business results. What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead pipeline generation of cross-functional cost optimization projects that improve product competitiveness and deliver measurable business value
• Identify and prioritize cost reduction opportunities through data-driven analysis and collaboration to build a strong pipeline of impactful initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and improvement activities that generate ideas, align stakeholders, and accelerate implementation
• Influence and align stakeholders across sourcing, engineering, operations, and finance to secure commitment and successfully deliver results
• Strengthen cost management processes, tools, and governance to improve consistency, transparency, and long-term effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

• Strong project management experience with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business results
• An engineering background, preferably within electronics , or a strong technical understanding of products, manufacturing processes, and cost drivers
• Experience with cost reduction, sourcing/procurement, engineering, or a combination of these areas , including identifying and implementing improvement opportunities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills , with the ability to influence senior leaders, build strong partnerships, and navigate a complex global matrix organization
• A growth mindset and passion for continuous improvement , combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to balance detailed analysis with broader business goals
