Summary As a Sourcing Manager, you are primarily responsible for millions of euros worth of sourcing and negotiating supply agreements to ensure that the best value for the organisation is being achieved. This role will be focusing on the direct category of metal structures / welding, machining, and mechanical components. Requirements To be successful in this role, you must have: - Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Sourcing & Procurement - Higher education suitable for the task, either in a technical field (i.e., in Engineering Bsc/Msc) or in a commercial field (i.e., Bachelor / MA) - Fluent English and Finnish language skills, both spoken and written - Experience in international business negotiations, excellent communication, and cross-functional team skills - Self-driven, determined, and persistent way of working - Analytical and problem-solving skills Although not necessary, it would be an advantage: - Technical understanding/experience of areas such as metal structures / welding, machining, and mechanical components, will be seen to your benefit - Sourcing & Procurement experience from an Industrial manufacturing company Responsibilities: - Sourcing strategy implementation, material productivity improvement - Managing, coordinating, and executing sourcing projects - Ensuring sufficient supplier capacity and supply chain improvements - Negotiating supply agreements to ensure that the best value for the organisation is being achieved - Visiting suppliers in Finland and abroad - Cooperation and daily communication with external suppliers as well as internal stakeholders (Buyers, Supplier Quality, Project Teams, and Engineering) Benefits We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary. - Competitive compensation - Flexible working arrangements - Flex benefit (sport, culture) - Occupational health service - An opportunity to work in a company with high technology products - A dynamic and internationally oriented work environment Our commitment to you We offer you a dynamic and international work environment in a company with high technology products, a strong growth strategy and people who are passionate about fire safety.
