Solution Architect = Stockholm, Sweden Technology Environment: Microsoft Azure, .NET, Azure DevOps, SQL Server, Enterprise Integrations Shape the Future Architecture of a Large-Scale Transformation Programme An established Swedish organisation is investing heavily in the next phase of its digital transformation and is seeking a Solution Architect to help define the long-term technology strategy supporting future growth and innovation. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide technology decisions, system selection, integration strategy, and architectural direction while working closely with senior stakeholders across both technology and business functions. As Solution Architect, you'll be responsible for ensuring systems, platforms, and services remain secure, scalable, modern, and aligned with organisational goals. Rather than focusing on day-to-day implementation, you'll operate at a strategic level, helping guide technology decisions, evaluating future solutions, and ensuring new capabilities integrate effectively into the wider ecosystem. You'll also play a key role in governance, architecture standards, and reviewing future initiatives across multiple domains. Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the organisation's application and solution architecture
• Ensure new solutions align with long-term business and technology objectives
• Lead architecture governance and decision-making processes
• Evaluate new business requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions
• Ensure effective integration between internal systems, cloud platforms, and third-party solutions
• Support technology modernisation and transformation initiatives
• Work closely with development teams, infrastructure specialists, project managers, and business stakeholders
• Translate business needs into scalable, sustainable technical architectures
• Guide future platform, application, and technology selection decisions

Essential Experience

• Several years of experience in software development followed by solution architecture responsibilities
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture
• Experience with object-oriented development environments
• Ability to design long-term, scalable technical solutions
• Experience translating business requirements into technical architectures
• Strong understanding of integrations and enterprise system landscapes
• Experience supporting large transformation programmes
• Familiarity with agile governance and delivery frameworks
