Solutions Architect

Role Summary Lead the Warehouse workstream for a global OneERP rollout, ensuring successful adoption of global warehouse processes, D365FO Warehouse Management functionality, and local business requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Own warehouse processes including Goods Receiving, Inspection, Put-away, Inventory, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Cycle Counting and 3PL.
• Lead fit-gap workshops and align local requirements with the global OneERP template.
• Work with business stakeholders, key users, Deployment Specialists and project leadership.
• Define test scenarios and support SIT, UAT, cutover rehearsals and mock go-lives.
• Validate end-to-end warehouse integration with Procurement, Planning and Manufacturing.
• Support warehouse master data, migration and data validation activities.
• Track risks, dependencies and deliverables and provide governance/status updates.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong D365FO Warehouse Management experience.
• Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Production Integration and Quality Management.
• Warehouse processes: Receiving, Put-away, Picking, Packing, Shipping and Counting.
• Barcode scanning and mobile warehouse execution/WMA.
• 3PL warehouse integration experience.
• Experience with ERP implementations/global rollouts.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.

Nice to Have

• Experience with D365FO / One ERP rollouts.
• Zebra mobile devices and warehouse applications.
• Azure DevOps and SharePoint.
• Experience in global ERP transformation programs.
