Solution Quality Lead

Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Solution Quality Lead to join our team in Gothenburg, Sweden. The role We are looking for a Solution Quality Lead consultant to drive and secure quality-related processes and ways of working within Connected Experience (ConX). In this role, you will lead quality-related topics across the unit, including facilitating ConX Operational Excellence meetings and following up on agreed KPIs. Responsibilities You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization, making networking and relationship-building key parts of the assignment. The assignment also includes supporting the unit in risk analysis, FMEA and similar quality methods, as well as driving the deployment of ConX ways of working and continuous improvement initiatives. Background / Experience

• Experience from in-house product development.
• Experience of working according to software development processes, including quality assurance for both in-house developed and supplier-delivered software.
• Ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.
• Experience from large-scale development programs involving software, hardware and mechatronics.
• Experience from project management and agile ways of working.
• Strong ability to build relationships, trust and cross-functional collaboration.
• Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable facilitating meetings and driving alignment.
• Understanding of cloud solutions, telematics, mobile applications and embedded development.
• Good understanding of the full in-house software development process, from concept to deployment, including quality assurance activities.
