SAP Fieldglass Solution Consultant – Contingent Workforce Start: ASAP Contract: 12 months with extension Location: Fully remote - Occasional Travel We’re looking for an experienced SAP Fieldglass Solution Consultant to support the global deployment and optimisation of SAP Fieldglass within an established international organisation. The role requires a hands-on functional consultant with strong SAP Fieldglass configuration experience, particularly within Contingent Workforce Management, alongside the ability to manage business requirements and work with global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Support the global rollout and deployment of SAP Fieldglass.
• Hands-on SAP Fieldglass functional configuration within Contingent Workforce.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Define functional requirements for integrations and system enhancements.
• Lead global workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Deliver training to key users and business process teams.
• Drive process improvements and ensure SAP Fieldglass best practices.

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on SAP Fieldglass configuration experience.
• Solid understanding of Contingent Workforce Management processes.
• Experience gathering requirements and supporting system integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of functional delivery.
• Experience with global SaaS deployments is a strong advantage.
• Degree in Informatics, IT or equivalent experience.
