Solution Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Job Squad is hiring on behalf of our client, a listed Nordic real estate company currently undergoing a major digital transformation involving a new ERP, data platform, and master data landscape. We are looking for a Solution Architect with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience who wants real ownership of how complex business-critical solutions are designed and built. About the role You will act as the technical lead for the architecture around Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, together with Power Platform, integrations, third-party solutions, automation, and Azure. Location: Gothenburg, on-site Employment: Permanent What you’ll do

• Own the technical solution architecture for D365 F&O
• Design integrations, data models, and technical solution patterns
• Work with Power Platform, especially Power Apps
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, operations, and external suppliers
• Support large-scale ERP and transformation initiatives
• Help define governance, standardization, and platform management
• Balance technical quality, business value, and practical delivery

What we’re looking for

• Deep experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Strong background in solution architecture or technical leadership
• Solid experience with Power Platform / Power Apps
• Strong understanding of integrations, system architecture, and data models
• Experience with complex business-critical systems and transformation programs
• Good understanding of finance and business processes
• Fluent Swedish and good English
• Comfortable working on-site in Gothenburg 5 days per week

Nice to have Experience with Azure, APIs, D365 development, governance, ERP-related third-party products, real estate/rental administration, or complex legal entity and intercompany structures will be a strong advantage. You will have the chance to:
