Software Tester

Job Description We are looking for a results-driven candidate to be responsible for designing and running tests on software usability. You will conduct tests, analyze the results, and report observations to the team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer at our company, you will have the opportunity to work on new and exciting projects and develop your career. Responsibilities

• 1. Test all our old and new software products.
• 2. Coordinate between the support team and development team.
• 3. Maintain a list of bugs and get development team to fix them on time.
• 4. Handle customers support tickets regarding technical queries.
• 5. Replicate & verify bugs and technical issues mentioned by customers.
• Review salespage and other websites to make sure customers aren’t misunderstanding anything.
• Create simple tutorial PDFs or short screencast videos (with or without VoiceOver).
• Understand customers complains, help development team improve the product when possible.

Technical Knowledge Required

• 1. Basic knowledge of using cPanel and Filezilla (FTP).
• 2. Basic knowledge of using WordPress (install it, install plugins, themes etc).
• 3. Knowledge about Facebook, YouTube and all other social media sites.
• 4. Ability to create multiple accounts on Social Media sites for testing.
