Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer strengthen our team in Gothenburg, Sweden. Responsibilities

• As Maintenance Engineer you will focus on planning, designing and implementing maintenance programs to optimize the availability and productivity of manufacturing facilities and equipment.
• Planning and coordinating maintenance engineering work including review of mechanical and electrical engineering specifications
• Support the work with continuous improvements of maintenance and cost optimization.
• Support in subcontractor issues
• May establish standards and policies regarding pollution control, testing, operating procedures, inspection, and maintenance of equipment.
• May research and recommend purchase of new equipment and systems.
• Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision.
• performing both preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of systems within a research and development test facility equipped with multiple test cells.
• planning, coordinating, and executing preventive as well as emergency corrective maintenance activities for various types of equipment, including dynamometer systems, drive systems, battery simulators, PLC systems, conditioning systems, camera systems, automation I/O systems, and measurement systems used for testing and verification purposes.
• The role also includes developing, maintaining, and continuously improving maintenance procedures and work instructions for test rig electronics and other test equipment within the maintenance management system.

Background / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and a proven ability to plan, monitor, and continuously improve maintenance operations.
• Experience in troubleshooting and corrective maintenance of equipment in test facilities, laboratories, or related production environments is considered a strong advantage.
• Practical experience interpreting process flow diagrams, electrical schematics, technical manuals, and understanding the systems and functions they describe.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
