Let's introduce ourselves Our primary need is an Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Developer. As an IaC Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure using modern IaC practices and tools. You will work on projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the automation and scalability of our infrastructure. What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Crossplane, Azure, and Ansible.
• Integrate infrastructure provisioning into CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate deployment, scaling, and lifecycle management of cloud resources.
• Ensure security and compliance requirements are met across all infrastructure configurations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, implement optimizations, and maintain high availability.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in IaC and cloud computing.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven hands-on experience with IaC tooling, including Crossplane, Azure, and Ansible.
• Strong scripting and programming skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Strong infrastructure domain expertise across both cloud and on-premises environments.
• Solid experience working primarily with Microsoft Azure.
• Working knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of Go.
• Proven experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
