Writes automated tests and proactively identifies edge cases. Understands that checkout directly impacts conversion and revenue. Strong Collaboration & Problem Solving Works effectively with Frontend, Backend/BFF, QA, SRE, Product and UX teams. Can troubleshoot complex issues across APIs, authentication, payments, networking and app/backend integration. Communicates clearly during incidents and major releases.
