About The Role As our Software Engineer - Planning Technology (Kinaxis Maestro), you'll help define how planning works across the LEGO® Group through Kinaxis Maestro. You'll design, document, validate and configure end-to-end planning solutions while helping grow Kinaxis Maestro as the go-to platform for planning how products are manufactured and distributed globally. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll move between solution design, business discussions and platform configuration, helping create stable, scalable and future-ready planning capabilities. What success looks like Success means helping the team build a more stable and effective Kinaxis Maestro platform while supporting major priorities over the next few years. You'll work closely with team members and platform stakeholders to improve planning outcomes, strengthen engineering practices and contribute to the delivery of platform and team objectives tied to Kinaxis Maestro.
