Software Engineer (Integrations)

Build the integrations behind the largest Nordic Tenant Experience Platform Avy is building the AI operating system for the property industry. The Avy Agent OS runs AI agents that do real operational work for the Nordics' largest property companies. They follow procedures, use tools and resolve cases from start to finish. Our first agent, Davy, handles customer support. At one customer, inbound email fell 70%, phone calls 50% and case volume 33%. We're looking for a Backend Engineer to join the Integrations team that connects the Agent OS to our customers' systems, and to scale it to more systems, more customers and more markets. The Integrations team The Integrations team connects Avy to the systems property companies already run on. That's around 40 integration types and more than 200 live connectors, across property management systems and CRMs like Dynamics 365. We build standard connectors once and roll them out by configuration, next to the Avy API, webhooks and our Embed framework. Every tenant, contract, invoice and case in Avy flows through this layer. What you'll do

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions for the Avy platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data exchange between different systems.
• Interface with customers to understand their integration needs and provide solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing integrations, ensuring their reliability and performance.
• Document integration processes and solutions.
• Manage your own time, set priorities, and develop a roadmap to meet project deadlines.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate progress.

What you bring

• 3+ years in backend software engineering, including 2+ in Go or another typed language such as Java, C# or Kotlin
• Hands-on experience integrating with third-party APIs and systems you don't control: data mapping, retries, idempotency and partial failures
• You use AI tools in your own daily work, and you have opinions about them
• Clear communication with customers, vendors and colleagues, in Swedish and English
• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• The right to work in Sweden
