Software Engineer (6 month contract) (React & C#)

Strategic Staffing Solutions customer is looking for a Software Developer to join an End User Services (EUS) DevHub team within a leading financial institution. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining internal applications and tools used by employees across the organisation. The role focuses primarily on software development using C# and React, working alongside experienced professionals to deliver reliable, efficient and user-friendly solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance internal employee-facing applications using C# and React.
• Participate in ongoing software development projects within the EUS DevHub team.
• Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug and optimise existing applications.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability and application performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in development processes and internal tools.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with C# and .NET development.
• Experience developing frontend applications using React.
• Understanding of modern software development practices and application architecture.
• Experience with debugging, troubleshooting and maintaining existing applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a development team.
• Good communication skills in English.
