Software / Agentic Engineer at Vantir We’re looking for a software engineer who wants to build useful AI systems, not just demos. At Vantir, you’ll work with client teams to turn ambitious ideas into reliable products, from the first architecture decisions to production and beyond. The role sits at the intersection of software engineering and agentic AI. You might build an agent that works across a company’s tools and data, design the platform that makes it safe to run, or develop the product around it. You’ll have room to shape both the technical approach and what we choose to build. What you’ll do

• Build production-grade applications and agentic workflows using LLMs, tools, APIs and business data.
• Design the foundations that make them dependable: evaluation, observability, permissions, human oversight and failure handling.
• Work closely with clients to understand the problem, challenge assumptions and ship in useful increments.
• Help shape Vantir’s engineering practices, reusable components and approach to AI delivery.

What we’re looking for You’re a strong software engineer who has taken systems into production and knows that a convincing prototype is only the beginning. You’re comfortable working across the stack, making architectural trade-offs and explaining them clearly. You’ve built with LLMs or agent frameworks, or you’ve gone deep enough to understand where they help, where they fail and how to evaluate the difference. You don’t need to have every answer upfront. You do need to enjoy ownership, learning quickly and working with people who care as much about the outcome as the technology. Why Vantir?
