Snr AI Engineer – Claude Code | LLM Agents | MCP | CI/CD | AWS | Stockholm We are recruiting for a high-growth AI SaaS company scaling rapidly across enterprise customers. We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineering Consultant who can design, build, and operate AI-powered systems and integrations across a modern enterprise environment. The AI & Integrations Engineering function is responsible for building and operating everything from LLM agents and MCP integrations to enterprise automations, observability, and internal platforms. The Role As an AI Engineer, you’ll design, build, and operate AI-powered systems and integrations across a modern enterprise environment. This role sits at the intersection of:

• LLM agents
• Enterprise systems
• Infrastructure & security

You’ll be working across the full stack—shipping production-grade systems, not prototypes. What You’ll Do

• Build AI agents, MCP integrations, plugins, and automations using Claude / Claude Code
• Deliver integrations from specs—choosing deterministic or agentic approaches based on the problem
• Stand up and operate AWS infrastructure for internal platforms and tools
• Build compliance-as-code and automated evidence pipelines alongside Information Security
• Own observability, alerting, and runtime guardrails across AI and infrastructure
• Contribute to detection & response (SIEM tuning, incident response, on-call)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong software engineering background with hands-on experience building with Claude Code
• Proficient in TypeScript (Python a plus)
• Comfortable working across AI systems, infrastructure, and integrations
• Pragmatic—able to choose between agentic vs deterministic approaches
• Experience with Anthropic APIs and MCP integration patterns
• Strong AWS + Infrastructure-as-Code (Pulumi / Terraform)
• Experience with CI/CD, secrets management, and observability
• Understanding of LLM operational challenges (prompt injection, governance, telemetry)
• Experience with IAM, SAML / SCIM integrations
• Exposure to SIEM, detection engineering, or compliance frameworks (e.g. SOC 2)
• Experience self-hosting tools like n8n, Airbyte, Temporal, Retool
