The Role As an UNDO Expert, you are often the first person a client meets and the professional who guides them through their entire treatment journey. Your primary focus will be laser tattoo removal, and you may also deliver treatments such as permanent makeup (PMU) removal, pigmentation, scar treatments. For our locations in the bustling center of Stockholm, we are seeking a fulltime and a parttime skin About You Our clients choose UNDO for the people behind it. You combine clinical expertise with empathy, precision with personal attention, and professionalism with a genuine interest in the person in front of you. You will likely be:

• Communicative: A warm, clear communicator who listens actively and builds tryst quickly;
• Expert-minded: Curious, eager to keep learning and open to feedback;
• Ownership-driven: Proactive, taking responsibility rather than waiting for others to act;
• Collaborative: A true team player who shares knowledge and supports colleagues;
• Precise and professional: Meticulous about protocols, documentation and presentation;
• Impact-focused: Commercially aware, while always acting in the client's best interest.

What we like to see

• Minimum 5 years experience as a nurse, beautician or clinician;
• Available for 40 or 20 hours per week;
• Customer first & commercial mindset;
• Available 2 evenings per week and 1 weekenddag a month;
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
