Job duties and responsibilities - cleaning, grinding, shot-blasting, or acid-etch concrete floors; - repairing cracks, holes, and uneven spots using specialized patching compounds; - measuring and mixing epoxy resins, hardeners, polyaspartic, or urethane coatings following manufacturer ratios; - applying primers, base coats, decorative flakes, metallic accents, and topcoats using rollers, trowels, squeegees, or sprayers. Job requirements - Minimum 2-3 years of documented relevant experience. - Strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to follow strict regulations to prevent accidents. - English skills: medium level required! Qualifications - Driver's license required: B or BE recommended.
