Create the solutions that will enable a better tomorrow To gain consistent and high-quality workplace experience, we are looking for a Site Manager to join Sustainable Workplace Services. You will oversee and coordinate outsourced workplace services and follow up on supplier performance, service targets and KPIs. The role combines daily operational coordination within compliance, budget awareness / invoice control and close stakeholder collaboration. The role requires a visible on-site presence and close engagement with local stakeholders. Your working time will be divided between our two Aarhus offices, while also supporting and overseeing workplace services in Hamburg through regular collaboration with local stakeholders and service providers. Occasional travel to Hamburg could be required. You will report to the Team Lead in Sustainable Workplace Services. Your key responsibilities will be
Build a close day-to-day collaboration with our Integrated Facility Management partner and ensure smooth delivery across cleaning, canteen, handyman services, space management, waste handling, building maintenance, technical installations and security.
