SIOP Process Owner

Help Create Structure and Alignment Across Our Supply Chain Are you passionate about SIOP, data-driven decision-making, and building alignment across the supply chain? Do you want to play a key role in building and driving our Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process while strengthening the connection between Sales, Production, Procurement, and Logistics? At Etac, R82, we are looking for a SIOP Process Owner who can help take our planning and decision-making processes to the next level as part of our ambitious growth and transformation journey. About the role This is a newly established role that will play a significant part in how we plan, manage, and develop our supply chain going forward. You will be responsible for establishing and driving our SIOP process, ensuring alignment between demand, inventory, capacity, and supply. At the same time, you will play a key role in transforming data into insights that support better and more proactive decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with both the organization in Gedved and sales companies across our global Paediatrics business. Initially, this is a specialist role reporting directly to the Head of Operations. Over time, we expect the function to evolve further and potentially include people management responsibilities. You will join us at an exciting time as we continue to develop our Operations organization and implement our new ERP platform, M3. Your key responsibilities

• Establish and continuously develop our SIOP process and ensure an effective planning and decision-making process across the organization
• Drive the monthly planning cycle across Sales, Production, Procurement, and Logistics
• Analyze forecast versus actual demand and translate insights into improvement initiatives and decision support
• Optimize inventory levels and support the balance between service levels and working capital
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting
• Prepare scenarios and business impact analyses to support decision-making
• Contribute to the development of our data foundation and digital decision-support tools, including Power BI and future AI-enabled opportunities
• Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment

What we are looking for You do not need to tick every box from day one, but we imagine that you:

• Have experience within Supply Chain Planning, S&OP/SIOP, Operations, or Supply Chain Analytics
• Have worked with forecasting, inventory management, planning, or similar processes
• Hold a relevant educational background within Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with large datasets
• Work in a structured manner and have a strong attention to detail
• Are able to translate data into actionable insights and improvements
• Thrive in a cross-functional environment with many stakeholders
• Communicate clearly and build strong relationships
• Are professionally proficient in English, both written and spoken. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience from an international company and collaborating with sales organizations globally
• Have experience working with ERP systems, preferably M3 or similar
• Have strong Excel skills and preferably experience with Power BI
• Have an interest in digital tools and emerging technologies
• Have experience building new processes, frameworks, or organizational structures
