Driving the go-to-market strategy for software that helps the public sector and utility companies work smarter, with the citizen and the consumer at the centre. This is a full-time position based in Aarhus or Ballerup, Denmark. As Part of the Department EG Citizen Welfare & Utility builds the software that drives the welfare and utility services of tomorrow. We develop industry-specific solutions that help the public sector and utility companies work smarter every day. As Marketing Business Partner, you drive marketing for selected strategic areas within EG Citizen Welfare & Utility. You sit between product, sales and marketing, and you turn ambitious growth targets into concrete go-to-market plans that you help execute yourself. You join a marketing team covering a broad product portfolio across the Nordics, working closely with colleagues across the portfolio to keep positioning, campaigns and messaging aligned. This is where EG's Engage and Amplify strategy comes to life: you engage the market with sharp positioning and content, and you amplify it through campaigns, events and digital channels that mature the market and close business across your part of the portfolio. AI is part of how we work, from campaigns and content to product positioning, and you help bring that into daily practice. Your Tasks: Planning, Driving, and Amplifying Marketing Impact Marketing strategy and planning

• Own and drive the marketing strategy for your part of the portfolio, and translate it into concrete go-to-market plans.
• Report on pipeline, leads, campaign attribution and ROI, and use the data to continuously sharpen the effort.

Demand generation and campaigns

• Drive digital execution across SEO, content, marketing automation, LinkedIn and other social channels, and follow up on performance.

Product and content marketing

• Keep brand and messaging consistent across your products, so positioning and tone of voice hold together across the Nordics.

Events and customer engagement

• Own the event strategy, from our own events, conferences and webinars to trade shows, and run strong execution before, during and after each event, including budget and ROI.

Team and stakeholder leadership

• Act as the link between product management, sales and the local teams across the Nordics, and keep alignment across a broad, complex portfolio.
• Spar with and guide more junior colleagues in the team, including student assistants, in the day-to-day marketing work.

You are the ideal candidate if

• You have at least 7 years marketing experience from a B2B SaaS company, ideally across a broad product portfolio.
• You have a broad digital toolbox: hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, content marketing, CRM such as Salesforce, marketing automation such as HubSpot or Pardot, and social and performance campaigns.
• You have solid event experience, from planning your own events and webinars to attending conferences and trade shows.
• You bring strong stakeholder management, gained from collaborating across sales, product management and country organisations.
• You are autonomous and pragmatic, comfortable in a lean environment where strategy and execution sit in the same role.
• You have experience with or an understanding of the public sector as a customer, including B2G sales and the longer, more complex procurement processes at municipalities, regions and utility companies. This is an advantage.
• You are curious and use AI naturally to work smarter, whether in content production, campaign optimisation or data analysis.
• You are fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken.
• You are a true team player who manages multiple priorities at once, brings a good sense of humour, and stays level-headed when things move fast.
