Bring bold ideas to a brand that’s anything but neutral - help us colour the world with creativity at Le Creuset! Location: Taastrup, Denmark Employment Type: Full time, Permanent, Onsite About Le Creuset At Le Creuset, every dish begins with a story - and every story begins with people. Since 1925, we’ve brought generations together around the table, transforming everyday meals into cherished memories. Our legacy is built on colour, craft, and a deep passion for innovation - shaped as much by our iconic products as by the people who bring them to life. We’re not just creating cookware; we’re creating moments that last a lifetime. If you’re inspired by heritage, driven by creativity, and ready to shape the future of the kitchen, we’d love to welcome you into our story. The Recipe for Success: Role Summary This is an opportunity to shape how an iconic premium brand comes to life across Scandinavian retail and D2C channels. Mastering the Shopper Marketing, you'll be the chef bringing Le Creuset's commercial marketing recipe to life. Responsible for the localization of the global GTM plans and the execution, coordination, and continuous optimization of our commercial marketing activities, you'll ensure every customer touchpoint is prepared and served to the highest possible standard across our Own Retail boutiques and key retail partners. A key ingredient in this role is to help establish Own Retail as one of Le Creuset's most inspiring brand experience channels. From in-store marketing and retail theatre to experiential activations, point-of-sale materials and customer engagement programs, you'll blend creativity, organization, and commercial focus to create memorable experiences that delight customers and drive performance. Working closely with teams across Marketing, Retail and Commercial, you'll take strategic direction and transform it into flawless execution in all channels, ensuring campaigns launch on time, in the right place and with maximum impact. Like any great chef, you'll pay close attention to every detail, ensuring consistency, quality and excellence across every channel - turning strong ideas into measurable growth. Ingredients: Key Responsibilities What’s On Your Daily Menu Impactful Go-To-Market plans

  • Developing thoughtful gifting, personalization and aftercare experiences that add an extra sprinkle of delight and encourage long-term loyalty.
  • Supporting the launch of new boutiques and pop-up locations and driving strong traffic to sites.

Delivering Exceptional Events & Experiences
