The person in this role will install, maintain, and repair packaging machines, hand tools, and related systems at customer locations. Daily tasks include performing scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and conducting field service visits to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently. The Servicetekniker will provide technical support, train customers in proper use of equipment, and document service activities and findings. Collaboration with sales and project teams to support customer projects and contribute to continuous improvement of service quality is also part of the role. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance skills to handle mechanical and technical equipment safely and efficiently.
• Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and system-related issues in the field.
• Candidates should possess robust Field Service skills to work independently at customer sites, manage service schedules, and complete assignments on time.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, build trust, and provide professional support and training to customers.
• Relevant vocational or technical education in mechanics, automation, electro, or a related field.
• Experience with industrial machinery, packaging systems, or similar technical equipment is an advantage.
• Ability to read technical documentation, follow safety procedures, and keep accurate service records.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.
• Good communication skills in Norwegian, and basic English skills.
