Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant | Sweden, Spain, Netherlands & Germany The opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to support enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations, platform enhancements and digital transformation initiatives across multiple European markets. This role is suited to a technically strong consultant who can translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions, work closely with enterprise stakeholders and contribute to successful end-to-end delivery. Key responsibilities
- Design, configure and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Provide hands-on expertise across platform configuration, scripting, workflows, integrations and automation.
- Translate functional requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, project managers and client stakeholders.
- Support platform upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, performance optimisation and continuous improvement.
- Apply ServiceNow best practices, ensuring solutions are maintainable, secure and aligned with platform standards.
- Contribute technical expertise throughout the implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience delivering ServiceNow implementations and technical consulting engagements.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and development.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification - mandatory.
- Additional ServiceNow certifications, such as CIS, CAD or CTA, are preferred.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a consulting and project-based environment.
