Role : ServiceNow Developer Location : Stockholm/Gothenburg, Sweden (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite/week) Client : Infosys Employment Contract Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using platform best practices.
• Configure and customize ITSM modules including:
• Incident Management
• Problem Management
• Change Management
• Service Request Management
• Service Catalog
• Knowledge Management
• Develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Catalog Items.
• Build and support integrations using:
• REST APIs
• SOAP Web Services
• Integration Hub
• MID Server
• Develop reusable components and custom applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews.
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development with Implementation for Telecom client
• Hands-on experience with ITSM implementation and customization.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Exposure to Service Portal and Flow Designer.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
