About The Role As a Service Technician at Abilia, you’ll have a hands-on and varied technical role where you’ll work on troubleshooting, repairing, servicing, and installing the company’s products. The work is performed both at the office in Solna and on-site at Abilia’s customers’ locations. The role combines hands-on technical work with customer interaction and documentation. You’ll primarily work on scheduled installations, service calls, and repairs, and you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out in a structured manner and in accordance with Abilia’s established procedures and processes. To thrive in this role, we believe you are someone who values order and structure and understands the importance of documenting your work. You work methodically, follow established procedures and processes, and take responsibility for ensuring your tasks are followed through from start to finish. In This Role, You Will, Among Other Things

  • Provide technical support to customers and colleagues
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and service Abilia’s products
  • Perform installations, service calls, and repairs at customer sites
  • Perform simple technical tasks and assembly, such as battery replacements
  • Work with technical equipment such as tablets, alarm systems, and other electronic products

Working hours: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday Employment type: Full-time Start date: To be agreed upon Work location: Solna, with work on-site at client locations A background check will be conducted as part of the recruitment process. Our Qualification Requirements

  • Have an interest in technology and a good practical understanding
  • Be comfortable with computers, IT systems, and technical equipment
  • Be solution-oriented and willing to take initiative
  • Be able to plan, organize, and follow up on your work independently
  • Be meticulous and comfortable working according to established procedures and processes
  • Be service-oriented and enjoy customer contact
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Be able to communicate fluently in Swedish
  • Have a good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Hold a Class B driver’s license

The following are also desirable

  • Experience in technical support or IT support
  • Experience as a service technician or in a similar hands-on technical role
  • Experience troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing technical equipment
  • Experience or knowledge in electronics
  • Experience with alarm systems or similar technical systems
  • Experience with on-site installation and service at customer locations
