Service Instructor

Join our team as a Service Instructor in commercial cleaning in the Kemi and Tornio area!

Are you an experienced cleaning professional interested in a guiding role where you can support your teams daily work and help ensure high-quality service delivery? At N-Clean, we work responsibly as part of a reliable and supportive team.

As a Service Instructor, you will work under the supervision of your manager and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and quality of cleaning services at customer sites. You will work responsibly and ensure that tasks are carried out safely and in accordance with agreed quality standards and operating practices. Acting as a key link between employees, management, and customers, you will support your supervisor in daily operations. Please note that this role does not include formal managerial responsibilities.

Customer service plays a central role in this position, and success requires a customer-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills. In your role, you will have a direct impact on the customer experience and the success of customer relationships. Active collaboration, clear communication, and a solution-oriented approach are essential for this position.

Your responsibilities include

• Ensuring the quality and smooth execution of daily cleaning operations, planning work allocation, and utilizing resources cost-effectively

• Continuously developing operations together with your supervisor and actively contributing improvement ideas

• Guiding and onboarding employees and ensuring safe working practices

• Collaborating with customers

• Regular participation in practical cleaning work

What we expect from you

• Ability to guide and support colleagues in daily situations, promote an inclusive and respectful work environment, and provide clear feedback

• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach

• A customer-focused working style and positive attitude

• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively

• Communication skills in Finnish or English, both spoken and written. Language skills are important in this guiding role to ensure clear communication, understanding of work instructions, safe working practices, and management of employment-related matters. If one language is fluent, the other can be at a basic working level. We value a diverse workplace where different languages and cultural backgrounds are seen as strengths.

• If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must have a valid work permit

• A valid driver's license and the possibility to use your own car, as the working area is extensive and the role requires travel between sites

• Previous experience in cleaning services. Knowledge of commercial cleaning and cleaning industry qualifications are considered an advantage

• A permanent full-time employment contract, 37.5 hours per week

• Shifts on weekdays and weekends, including early morning, morning, daytime, and evening shifts

• Start date to be agreed upon separately
