Are you an experienced cleaning professional interested in a guiding role where you can support your team and help ensure high-quality service delivery? At N-Clean, we work responsibly as part of a reliable and supportive team.

As a Service Instructor, you will work under the supervision of your manager and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and quality of cleaning services at the client site. You will work responsibly and ensure that tasks are carried out safely and in accordance with agreed quality standards and operating procedures. You will act as an important link between employees, management, and clients, supporting your supervisor in daily operations. Please note that this position does not include formal supervisory responsibility.

Customer service is a central part of the role. Success in this position requires a customer-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills. You will have a direct impact on the customer experience and the smooth development of customer relationships. Active collaboration, clear communication, and a solution-focused approach are therefore essential.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Ensuring the quality of daily cleaning operations, planning work allocation, and making cost-conscious use of resources

• Continuously developing operations together with your supervisor and actively contributing improvement ideas

• Guiding and onboarding employees and ensuring safe working practices

• Cooperating with customers and maintaining customer relationships

• Regular participation in practical cleaning work

What We Expect from You

• Previous experience in cleaning work

• Ability to guide and support colleagues in everyday situations, promote an inclusive and respectful work environment, and provide clear feedback

• Strong organizational skills and initiative

• A customer-focused approach and positive attitude

• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems

• We require fluent spoken and written communication skills in either Finnish or English. The other language may be at a basic working level. Language proficiency plays an important role in this supervisory position, ensuring the understanding of work instructions, safe working practices, and the effective management of the employment relationship. • A valid work permit if you are not a Finnish citizen

• A valid driver's license and access to a car

• Vocational education in the cleaning industry is considered an advantage

What We Offer

• A permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week)

• Work shifts are primarily scheduled on weekday and weekend mornings. We hope for flexibility to work other shifts as needed.
