What you'll do

Join us as a Service Instructor in cleaning services, working with commercial cleaning in the Kanta-Häme region!

Are you an experienced cleaning professional interested in a coordinating role where you can support the team in their daily work and ensure high-quality service? At N-Clean, we work responsibly as part of a reliable team.

You will work as a Service Instructor under the supervision of your manager and have a key responsibility for ensuring the smooth operation and quality of cleaning services at customer sites. You will play a key role in cooperation between employees, supervisors and customers, supporting your manager, but the position does not include actual managerial responsibility.

Customer service plays a central role in this position, and succeeding in the role requires a customer-oriented mindset and good interpersonal skills. In your role, you will directly influence the customer experience and the smooth running of customer relationships, so active cooperation, clear communication and a solution-oriented approach are essential.

Your duties include, for example:

  • ensuring the quality and smooth running of daily cleaning work, planning work allocation and using resources in a cost-conscious manner
  • continuously developing operations together with your manager and actively contributing improvement suggestions
  • guiding and onboarding employees and ensuring safe working practices
  • customer cooperation
  • regularly participating in practical cleaning work

We expect you to have:

  • experience in cleaning and knowledge of commercial cleaning
  • the ability to guide and support the work community in everyday situations, promote an equal and respectful working atmosphere and provide clear feedback
  • good organisational skills and initiative
  • a customer-friendly approach and a positive attitude
  • the ability to work under pressure and solve problems
  • the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in Finnish or English. Language skills play an important role in a coordinating position, in understanding work instructions, ensuring safe working practices and managing employment-related matters. We value a diverse work community where different language and cultural backgrounds are seen as a strength
  • if you are not a Finnish citizen, you must have a valid work permit
  • a driving licence and access to your own car, as the working area is extensive and the role requires travelling between locations
  • a qualification in the cleaning industry is considered an advantage

We offer you:

  • a permanent, full-time employment contract, 37.5 hours per week
  • shifts are primarily on weekday mornings, but we expect flexibility to work other shifts when needed, including evenings and weekends
  • a starting date to be agreed together
  • comprehensive onboarding through our renewed Onboarding Path and N-Clean Academy
  • fair employment terms, a safe working environment and support for employee wellbeing
  • competitive salary in accordance with the collective agreement for employees in the property services sector, €2,235/month
