Are you an experienced cleaning professional looking for a coordinating role where you can support your team and help ensure high-quality service? At N-Clean, we work responsibly as part of a reliable team.

As a Service Instructor, you will work under the supervision of your manager and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and quality of cleaning services at our client site. You will work responsibly and ensure that tasks are carried out safely and in accordance with our quality standards and operating procedures.

You will act as an important link between employees, supervisors, and customers, supporting your manager in daily operations. Please note that this position does not include formal supervisory responsibility.

Customer service is at the heart of this role. Success requires a customer-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and a solution-oriented approach. In this position, you will have a direct impact on the customer experience and the smooth running of customer relationships through active collaboration, clear communication, and effective problem-solving.

Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the quality and smooth execution of daily cleaning operations, including work planning and cost-effective allocation of resources

• Continuously developing operations together with your manager and actively contributing improvement ideas

• Guiding and onboarding employees while ensuring safe working practices

• Cooperating closely with customers

• Regular participation in practical cleaning work

We expect you to have:

• Previous experience in cleaning services and good knowledge of commercial or facility cleaning

• The ability to guide and support colleagues in daily work, promote an inclusive and respectful work environment, and provide clear feedback

• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach

• A customer-oriented attitude and positive mindset

• The ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively

• Good verbal and written communication skills in Finnish or English. Language skills are essential in this coordinating role to ensure clear guidance, understanding of work instructions, safe working practices, and smooth management of the employment relationship. • If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must have a valid work permit

• A valid driver's licence

• Previous experience in a team-leading or supervisory role is considered an advantage

We offer:

• A full-time fixed-term employment contract (37.5 hours per week) from 1 August 2026 to 30 September 2026

• Morning- and daytimeshifts on weekdays, and weekends.
