Service Delivery Manager

SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER – FIBER & NETWORK CONNECTIVITY Location: Stavanger, Norway Contract Duration: Initial 4 months (with potential extension and long-term opportunities) Job Status: Full-Time Start Date: October Account Manager: Anthony Hughes Role Overview We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to support the implementation and delivery of high-capacity fiber and network connectivity projects. This is a customer-facing role responsible for managing connectivity projects from implementation through to delivery, ensuring services are delivered on time and customers remain informed throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with customers, technical teams, data centres, and external contractors, you will coordinate the successful delivery of fiber, optical, and network services within a hands-on and technically focused environment. Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation and delivery of customer connectivity projects
• Coordinate the delivery of fiber, optical, and network services, including high-capacity connectivity solutions
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project delivery
• Manage customer expectations and provide regular project updates and reporting
• Coordinate activities between contractors, technical teams, and data centre personnel
• Support the installation and coordination of equipment within data centre environments
• Monitor project schedules and ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed timelines
• Identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery
• Work closely with internal technical specialists to ensure customer requirements are met
• Support multiple concurrent projects within a fast-paced delivery environment

Requirements

• Experience within telecommunications, fiber, networking, optical transport, or connectivity environments
• Previous experience in Service Delivery, Technical Project Management, Network Delivery, or Implementation roles
• Strong understanding of fiber and optical network technologies
• Experience coordinating technical projects involving customers, suppliers, and contractors
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills
• Experience supporting 100G/400G connectivity, optical transmission, carrier networks, fiber infrastructure, or data centres is highly desirable
• Approximately 3–5 years' experience in a similar role, although other levels of experience will be considered
• Fluent English required
• Norwegian language skills are strongly preferred
