Nordic Investin is recruiting a Senior UX Designer Complex B2B on behalf of one of our partner companies. You connect user evidence, service realities and product constraints to create experiences that are clear, inclusive and valuable. The partner is strengthening its capability in complex B2B workflows that help expert users make confident decisions. You will take responsibility for work that connects interaction design, information architecture and prototyping, while ensuring that usability testing and design systems receive appropriate discipline. How you will work You will join a multidisciplinary team and move between discovery, design, delivery and learning after launch. What you will bring - Relevant experience delivering complex B2B workflows that help expert users make confident decisions in a demanding environment. - Strong working knowledge of interaction design and information architecture. - Practical experience applying prototyping and usability testing. - Ability to assess risk, priorities and trade-offs involving design systems. - Evidence of clear stakeholder communication and dependable end-to-end ownership. - Professional English and the judgement to work with sensitive or business-critical information. Experience that would add value - Experience from enterprise software, analytics or operational platforms. - Exposure to accessibility in a cross-functional environment. - Swedish language skills or experience working across Nordic organisations.
