Senior User Experience Designer

Senior User Experience Designer | Stavanger Shape the future of software products used by thousands. We're looking for a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to join an innovative technology team in Stavanger. This is an opportunity for an experienced designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centred digital experiences and has a strong track record designing software products from concept through to delivery. Working closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders, you will play a key role in defining product strategy, improving usability, and ensuring customers receive exceptional digital experiences. What You'll Be Doing

• Lead UX activities across multiple software products and initiatives
• Conduct user research, workshops, interviews, and usability testing
• Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders
• Drive data-informed design decisions using research and analytics
• Champion best practices in user-centred design across the organisation
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and UX standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
• Experience designing B2B or B2C software products
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work
• Expertise in user research, interaction design, prototyping, and usability testing
• Experience working within cross-functional product and engineering teams
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Strong understanding of accessibility and modern UX principles
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate design decisions effectively

Essential Requirements

• Fluent Norwegian and English language skills
• Experience working on complex software platforms, SaaS solutions, or digital products
• Ability to work from Stavanger and collaborate closely with local teams
