Senior Test Lead - Retail Operations Systems

We are looking for a driven and structured Test Lead for an assignment within a development team working on retail back-office systems. The area covers many of the operational processes that run a store on a daily basis, such as assortment management, article and pricing management, and shrinkage management. You will belong to a team of testers but work on a daily basis within one of the development teams (together with developers, BA, PO, and Tech Lead), where you actively drive and take ownership of the test work within your area. Through dialogue and communication, you will plan together with your team and other testers, jointly capturing scope, test planning, and ensuring efficient test execution.

• Plan and execute test cases across the assigned area
• Drive integration testing across systems and data flows
• Conduct testing in user interfaces
• Capture scope and define test plans together with the team
• Ensure efficient and structured test execution
• Collaborate closely with developers, BA, PO, and Tech Lead in an agile setting
• Manage intensive test periods during peak delivery phases

Requirements

• Documented experience planning and executing test cases
• Strong experience with integration testing
• Experience with testing in user interfaces
• Experience working in agile teams
• Strong communication skills
• Structured and methodical way of working
• Ability to work effectively in mixed, cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to handle intensive test periods
• Experience working with Jira
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken (required)
