Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Test Developer to join a team responsible for maintaining, developing, and continuously improving an automated regression test environment for embedded software. The role is central to the reliability and stability of the automated test infrastructure. A major part of the work involves investigating failing and unstable tests, identifying the root cause, and determining whether the issue lies within the test implementation, the test environment, or the software under test. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex technical problems, analyzing logs and test results, and improving the robustness and maintainability of automated testing. Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or another relevant field. Key Responsibilities: - Test Suite Development & Infrastructure: Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Python-based automated regression test suites, frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines. - Troubleshooting, Analysis & Collaboration: Investigate unstable tests, analyze logs to identify root causes, and collaborate with developers to resolve software defects and improve overall test robustness. Required Qualifications:

• Senior-level experience in software testing and test automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Proven experience maintaining and troubleshooting automated test suites.
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills; able to troubleshoot complex software and test environments.
• Experience analyzing logs, test results, and system behavior.
