You are comfortable managing ambiguity, navigating sensitive situations and taking full ownership of complex recruitment processes. Your new team You will join Pandora’s Global Office Talent Acquisition Partnering team, part of the wider People Experience organisation. The team partners with functions across Pandora’s Global Office to identify, attract and hire the capabilities needed to support Pandora’s continued growth and transformation. You will work alongside Talent Acquisition colleagues with different levels of experience and portfolio responsibility, contributing both through your own delivery and by strengthening shared recruitment practices across the team. We work collaboratively, share priorities and support one another to deliver a professional and consistent experience for candidates and hiring stakeholders.
